Travelers denial letter

The insured (Ethical Products, Inc.), the underwriter (The Phoenix Insurance Company), and the only reasoning given.

During our investigation, we found that our insured is not liable for any damages claimed.

I looked through the call log on my end and do not see calls from those numbers. I am asking our hospital manager to double check just to be sure I am not overlooking anything.
