Process
Eleven research passes
Between the morning and the evening of 24 September 2026, eleven automated research passes read roughly two thousand web pages, regulator database records, court dockets, archived captures and product images. Eight covered the company, the product, recalls and regulators, litigation, wider consumer complaints, media and workplace records, insurance law, and contacts. Three covered the packaging question: every US pack panel, the UK packs and the brand owner's website over time, and packs and label law in the EU, India and elsewhere.
Fergie's medical record, the invoice, the insurer's letter and the hospital's email were supplied by her owner and read in full. They are published with the names of private people, contact details, account and claim numbers, and an imaging access link redacted, and with staff faces blurred in the photos. Nothing clinical, no date, no amount and no wording was changed.
Nothing on this site was written from memory. If a fact is here, it was seen at a URL, and the URL is next to it. Where a site blocked automated access, the item is marked as a snippet and the link is left for a human to open.
