VEG's medical director, 9 Sep 2026: 'do not see calls from those numbers' (hospital manager asked to double-check)

Asked whether Ethical Pet (1-800-223-7768) or the Travelers adjuster had called about Fergie, VEG Frisco's medical director replied: 'I looked through the call log on my end and do not see calls from those numbers. I am asking our hospital manager to double check just to be sure I am not overlooking anything.' The denial letter says Travelers 'reviewed all the information available'. Travelers' own claimant-process page says its adjusters gather 'medical bills, video and witness statements' before determining fault, and it advertises an in-house forensics lab.
